The hotel offers lots of food that was outstanding. The location is good, next to that tram station and tram goes directly to center and a pond with wild gooses and a heron and taxi or public bus, you cannot beat it. Also, the venue is located 2 miles away from Sporthoeve Stadium.

In love with soundproof rooms with comfortable beds.

The room here was really nice - modern, with a cozy bed and a good-sized bathroom. They even had a fridge, which was handy. I had the best night's sleep ever! the food at the restaurant was just amazing, truly outstanding 🌟. Even though this place is a bit away from everything, it's right by the airport.

I was worried at the beginning because in the reception they did not find my name, but the receptionist was very kind while they captured the data base on the reservation office.

The airport was not immediately near the hotel, one had to take a shuttle bus that only ran every 30 minutes, the journey took about 20 minutes. I have also been told that the shuttle bus is free, although you are being charged for the return journey. The food has been served to me very late and cold. To operate the hotel in an efficient manner there wasn't enough resources such as kitchen closing quite early.

The staff was super friendly and cooperative, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the room had a stylish and modern design.

Simple decor and functionality.

Not finished. Not a single cup in the room. No mini bar. No guest manual, telephone instructions, indeed not a single piece of paper. Hated being in a hotel with massive tour groups and waiting to check in.

Modern design, Clean and welcoming

Recent change of owner mean't that it is still labelled as an Holiday Inn which is confusing when you arrive. €10 for parking when you are a paying guest.

Delicious breakfast at the restaurant, and I loved that it was included. the room was super quiet and had everything I needed, plus breakfast thrown in - can't beat that! 🥐

The room was quite cosy. The Internet worked perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They have very efficient shuttle buses between the hotel and the airport.

The lightening was not sufficient in the evening and I couldn't adjust the air-conditioning properly.

I greatly enjoyed outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice employees!

the location in a walkable area was marvellous and there were a supermarket and shops nearby. the property was located about 20 minutes walk from the city centre. my room was spotless, reasonably priced and with a bathtub and a shower.

Overall its similar to other park plaza hotels i've stayed in, they were very very busy as after they checked in lots of stranded klm & easyjet passengers checked in

Good exterior and interior design; rather good value for money: staff is OK in general. Good and regular shuttle service to/fm airport. Good stay for this money if one takes considerations of what could affect one's stay at this hotel. I wish I knew it before. Then my stay would be more comfortable and pleasant.

What I was puzzled with: 1) internet access is extra paid what is a nonsence for a 4star hotel; 2) no minibars at rooms; 3) the only bar at the ground floor is open till 24-00!!! therefore if one wishes to have a glass of water after 0am then it takes one to travel at least to the airport for a can of water !!; 4) no bathing robes, no bathing shoes, no shoe sponge available; 5) the staff at the reception was not able to tell me the location of some museums in NL (regardless I showed them the minicards taken from a display just 3 steps off from the reception)); 6) location was an issue - 25mins walk to the nearest tram station, and then 35mins by tram to the centre; 7) breakfast for 24 euros seemed rather high to try (for an airport hotel);
